What is Fiesta Americana Vacation Club (FAVC)?

It is a long-term vacation membership based on a point system. By becoming a member, you can stay in participating resorts and hotel villas and rooms in addition to resorts belonging to our allies: Hilton Grand Vacations Club and RCI.

How long does the membership last?

You can enjoy unforgettable vacation time with your family for 40 years.

Which are the benefits of the membership?

In addition to visiting domestic and international destinations, you can get better lodging rates, member-only experiences, access to exclusive areas in Posadas hotels, and much more!

How do FAVC points work?

You choose the number of points you wish to accrue upon membership subscription. There are two kinds: Regular (from 2,200 to 9,599 points) and Master (9,600 points and up). These points can be exchanged for bookings for participating resorts and hotels. Depending on the resort, villa, room, and season you choose, the amount of points you need will vary. You can also use your points to pay for purchases within the resorts and hotels through Wallet Free. 

At the end of the year, your points will renew so you can keep traveling.

What is the deadline for using points?

Your points are valid through December 31st every year, but you can transfer them to the following year by paying for the transfer fee. You have until March 31st of the following year to do this. You can also use the points from the following year to complete your travel booking.

Can I increase the point level of my membership?

Of course you can! Get in touch with one of our advisors and tell them how many points you would like to add to your membership. By doing so, your contract will restart to last for another 40 years, so you can continue enjoying the travels you deserve.

Is there any other fee I should pay for to enjoy my membership?

In addition to your payment to become a member, you have to pay for the Club and Maintenance Fees. There are also some non-mandatory fees that allow you to enjoy additional benefits, such as the Vacation Point to miles or kilometers Conversion Fee, the FAVC point to Fiesta Rewards point transfer fee, and weekly bookings with RCI.

What is the Club Fee?

It is the annual fixed rate you must pay for your membership and it covers operation, licenses, alliances, and other expenses.

What is the maintenance fee?

It is the fee that covers maintenance expenses for hotel and resort facilities belonging to the FAVC membership, so you always find everything in excellent conditions.

What happens if I miss my membership payment’s date?

If you are late with your membership payment or fail to pay for Club or Maintenance Fees, you will not be able to use your points. However, we can find a solution together, just contact us through the cobranzafavc@posadas.com

When do payment surcharges begin?

You have 10 calendar days to make your monthly payment, surcharges apply as of day 11. Consider that if the 10th day is a Sunday, you will only have 9 days to make your payment on time.

Which are the attention hours?

Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 hrs.
Saturday from 9:00 to 17:00 hrs.
Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00 hrs.
