Tips to Maximize Your FAVC Points

1. Plan your bookings ahead

One of your membership's greatest perks is that you can book Fiesta Americana in advance to secure destination and date availability.

• Regular members: Up to 12 months for your Home Resort, Posadas hotels, and RCI; 9 months for FAVC resorts and Hilton Grand Vacations (unless special deals apply).
• Master members: 12 months for all resorts and affiliated hotels: FAVC, Posadas, RCI, and others.
• Hilton Grand Vacations: Always up to 9 months, regardless of membership level.

Tip: If you're a regular member, remember that peak weeks like Easter, Christmas, and New Year have restrictions, so reserve as early as possible, that way you'll be able to choose the best destination with plenty of availability.

2. Use Your Points Strategically

Your points are flexible and can be used in different ways:

• Book stays at Fiesta Americana Vacation Club Resorts, Fiesta Americana Travelty, Hilton Grand Vacations in the U.S., or RCI destinations worldwide.
• Maximize their use and pay with Wallet Free for food, beverages, and extras at FAVC Resorts.
• If you run out of points, you can borrow from next year.
• If you have spare points, deposit unused ones for the following year (transfer fee applies).

Remember: Points expire on December 31st every year, but you have until March 31st to deposit them as a regular member (December 31st for Master members).

3. Turn points into additional experiences

You can use them for other things than lodging, like:

• Wallet Free: Use them as in-resort credit to pay for food, beverages, and additional services.

• 15% off food and beverages within FAVC Resorts.
• 25% off spa services at city hotels and 15% at beach hotels.

Don’t forget to check your e-mail, member platform, or ask Club about current deals.

5. Book smart

If you have flexibility in your travel dates, consider the following:

• Point rates vary seasonally. Check seasonal calendars to find the best options.
• Book full stays. Some deals require a minimum-night stay.
• Review cancellation policies before booking to avoid penalties.

6. Don’t miss deposit deadlines

If you have unused points from this year, you can deposit them to the following year before March 31st, with an additional cost. This applies to regular members; Master members can do it through December 31st.
