If you have heard great things about Fiesta Americana Vacation Club and decided to become a member—welcome! From now on, planning your vacations will be easier and more flexible, plus you will enjoy special rates on your reservations and gain access to exclusive benefits.

To help you get to know your membership and make the most of it, here is some key information so you can manage it like a pro.

FAVC Points System

Your membership works with a vacation points system. This means, depending on what you agreed upon in your contract, that you will have a certain number of points available to book your stays. 

If you purchased 9,600 points or more, you are a Master level member. You can increase your total membership points at any time!

The number of points required for a reservation depends on the time of year, hotel, and type of room you choose. You can also use your points to cover food and beverage expenses at the hotel through the Wallet Free program.

You can find the points chart in your Member Guide, which you can download from your account. If you do not see it in your profile, just reach out to us and we will help you access it.

How can I book?

You can call us any day of the year to book your vacation. We recommend doing it a few months in advance, so you can plan your perfect trip and enjoy your full member benefits. 

Keep in mind that FAVC Resort rates are always the same—by contract! Variable rates only apply to Posadas Resorts, hotels outside of your membership, or those within the RCI exchange program.

To get started, contact us through any of our customer service channels and provide the following information:

• Your member number
• Hotel and/or destination 
• Arrival and departure dates
• Number of guests, specifying adults and children

Which hotels do I have access to?

Your Fiesta Americana Vacation Club membership gives you access to two types of hotels:

• Villa Hotels, which, as the name suggests, offer villa-style rooms that can accommodate up to 10 people—perfect for traveling with family or friends. 
• The Explorean, featuring cabin and bungalow-style rooms, ideal for couples or anyone looking for a nature-inspired escape. 

You can also stay at Fiesta Americana Resorts, which offer standard hotel-style rooms. Just note that because these are not part of FAVC, the rates may vary.

Can I travel internationally? 

Yes! Thanks to our partnership with the RCI exchange program, you can use your points to travel to places around the world, including Europe, South America, Africa, and Australia, and stay at one of the 11 Hilton Grand Vacations properties.

You can also pay in cash for additional hotel options and enjoy both domestic and international discounts. 

Can I transfer my membership or change the name on it?

Yes, you can transfer your membership rights and benefits to another person or update the name on your membership. 

If you already have someone in mind, just reach out to our Vacation Advisors and they will walk you through the process. 

What happens to my membership if I pass away?

Since your membership is lifetime, you have the opportunity to pass it on so your family can continue enjoying the benefits even when you are no longer with them. 

We recommend including your membership in your will. If there is a co-holder listed, that person will retain their rights as outlined in the contract. 

How much does the membership cost? 

One of the most important questions as a Fiesta Americana Vacation Club member is the cost of your membership.

Your payment depends on how many points you have chosen to purchase – this is detailed in your contract. So, it is very important to review it carefully and, if you spot an error or have questions, contact one of our Vacation Advisors right away. 

There are also two additional payments you must consider: 

• Club Fee, which covers operational expenses like the RCI partnership. 
• Maintenance Fee, which ensures that facilities remain clean and in good condition for your stay. 

There are also optional fees, such as the point deposit for the following year, which allows you to extend their validity.
