Room types

Cancun Villas offers a variety of rooms so that you, your family, or friends can feel comfortable and rest without worries. 

The rooms available for FAVC members are: 

• Studio. Ideal for two people, this accommodation includes a king-size bed or two double beds and is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and minibar. 
• 1-, 2-, or 3-Bedroom Villas. For trips with 2 to up to 10 people, these rooms include a fully equipped kitchen and even a living and dining room.

Gastronomic offerings

At Fiesta Americana Cancun Villas, there are restaurants and bars with a diverse culinary selection designed to satisfy all palates.

At La Palapa, you can enjoy regional dishes. In addition, in the mornings we offer a buffet or à la carte breakfast so you can start the day with fresh and delicious food. 

If you prefer international cuisine, at La Bodega you can try exquisite Argentine-style grill specialties and savor the best cuts of meat along with fine bottles of wine. 

For adults, the Lobby Bar and the Bikini Bar offer a wide selection of drinks and cocktails, as well as snacks for a pleasant evening with your partner or friends.

Dog Friendly facilities

If your dog is the spoiled one at home, let them enjoy a vacation by your side! 

At Fiesta Americana Vacation Club and Cancun Villas, the Dog Friendly Hotels and Resorts program is active. This way, your furry friend will have access to special areas and receive a kit to enjoy during their stay, which includes a comfortable bed, a dish with water bowl, and more!

Some points you should keep in mind are: 

• When making your reservation, you must select the Dog Friendly option, which has an additional cost of $800.00 MXN + VAT, per night or per room.  
• Your dog must be small or medium-sized with a maximum weight of 20 kilograms. If you have two small dogs, they can come together as long as their combined weight does not exceed 20 kg. 
• We can take care of your pet’s food for an extra charge. Simply contact the concierge to request it before your arrival.
