¡Hola, Siomara! Si al finalizar el año aún tienes puntos disponibles y no planeas usarlos, puedes hacer un depósito (banqueo) para conservarlos y usarlos en el siguiente año. Para socios Regulares, el trámite debe realizarse antes del 31 de marzo del siguiente año calendario y tiene un costo adicional. Si eres socio Master, puedes depositar tus puntos hasta el 31 de diciembre.
Este proceso te permite no perder tus puntos no usados, pero recuerda que sólo es posible hacerlo dentro del plazo establecido.
