How to Make Reservations with your Fiesta Americana Vacation Club
Before You Book
First things first: it’s important to review a few details about your membership, so you can make the most of your benefits.
Check available destinations and hotels
As an FAVC member, you have access to both national and international destinations thanks to our alliances with RCI and Hilton Grand Vacations.
If you haven't decided where to go yet, or if you'd like to explore the different room types and amenities available at Fiesta Americana hotels, we recommend checking your Members' Guide. Guía de Socios.
In it, you'll find all the info you need to pick your destination and hotel. If you don't have it yet, you can download it by logging into your FAVC account.
Review your membership points chart
Before booking, we suggest taking a look at the points table in your Members' Guide. This will show you how many points you'll need based on the length of your stay, the type of room you choose, and the number of people traveling with you.
Remember: your FAVC points are your membership currency, which you can use not just for bookings, but also to pay for your All-Inclusive plan, spa services, and even food and drinks at FAVC Resorts through Wallet Free.
Plan around the season calendar
Along with the points table, check the season calendar in your Guide so you’ll know which dates are considered high or low season, and plan your vacation easier.

You're all set to make your reservations with Fiesta Americana Vacation Club! You can do it in two ways:
- Through the FAVC website
- By contacting our attention channels, where one of our Vacation Advisors will help you
To speed up the process, we recommend having this information ready:
- Your FAVC membership number
- Hotel and/or destination where you wish to book
- Arrival and departure dates
- Number of adults and/or children traveling with you
Booking Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make a change or cancel your reservation, you can do so through the FAVC call center. Please have this information on hand:
- Your member number
- Reservation code
- Destination and travel dates
- For changes, ideally have a list of alternative dates and hotels ready
For cancellations, if you cancel more than 30 days before your trip, we’ll refund all the points you used.
