What does the Travel with Confidence program involve?
It’s a hygiene and disinfection program developed and applied in each cleaning process in all areas of the more than 185 hotels across our different brands, including Fiesta Americana Vacation Club resorts.
With the goal of offering memorable experiences to our guests, our hotel staff is trained in hygiene and disinfection protocols recommended by official government and health agencies, the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC), among others.
What does it include?
This program is active 365 days a year in all our facilities and adheres to the highest international standards to ensure that spaces are in the best condition, never compromising your health or safety.
The program includes our cleaning protocols for:
Rooms and common areas
It focuses on cleaning all the private spaces in your room and the resort’s public areas. It also guarantees the proper operation and hygiene of air-conditioning and supply systems, as well as their proper application.
Food and beverages
The handling of food and beverages is carried out according to the highest standards and certifications, such as the “Distintivo H” for city hotels and “Cristal” for beach hotels.
Flexible reservation policy
Because our guests and members have shared their experiences at the resorts, as well as their Fiesta Americana Vacation Club reviews, we continuously work to improve our channels for making reservations, rescheduling, or canceling your plans and to continue offering flexibility in any circumstance.
