Pesimo servicio, nunca se encuentran fechas en la pagina ni al llamar a favc, en el hotel nos dicen que si hay disponibilidad para el programa; se supone que por ser socios los precios son mejores los cual es mentira, siempre encontramos mejores precios en linea y al comentarles nos dicen siempre que «a veces se puede ya a veces no» cuando prometieron igualarlo si encontrabamos mejores…. en general fatal

En la presentación del upgrade de la membresía mencionaron que podría tener day pass sin costo con la membresía de Club Vacacional y al llamar al hotel de Villas Cancún me pasaron entre 4 personas y me comentaron que esa información era falsa.
Al igual que cuando quise reservar en Cozumel, me comentaron que no tenían disponibilidad.
Entendemos tu situación. El day pass sin costo no es parte de la membresía, pero sí tienes acceso a descuentos preferenciales. Te sugerimos reservar con anticipación sobre todo en temporadas altas para que encuentres disponibilidad más fácil.
